Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the PhotoCalendar mobile application ("App") operated by PhotoCalendar ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the App.

2. Description of Service

PhotoCalendar is a mobile application that allows users to view their photo library organized in a calendar format. The App provides:

• Calendar-based photo browsing
• Photo statistics and insights
• Streak tracking features
• Premium subscription features

3. Subscriptions

Some features of the App require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis depending on the plan you select.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will apply to subsequent billing periods.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies.

4. Subscription Prices

• Monthly Premium: $0.99 per month
• Yearly Premium: $7.99 per year

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device
• Ensuring you have proper rights to any photos stored on your device
• Using the App in compliance with all applicable laws

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by PhotoCalendar and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your photos remain your property at all times.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhotoCalendar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
