• Photos: Your photos are accessed locally on your device only. We never upload, copy, or transmit your photos to any server.
• Photo Metadata: We read photo dates and basic metadata locally to organize your calendar view. This data never leaves your device.
• Usage Data: We do not collect analytics, usage statistics, or any behavioral data.

Data Storage

All app data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate any servers that store your personal information. Your photo insights and preferences remain entirely on your device.

Third-Party Services

PhotoCalendar uses Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. When you make a purchase, the transaction is handled directly by Apple according to their privacy policy. We do not have access to your payment information.

Photo Library Access

When you grant PhotoCalendar access to your photo library:

• We use this access only to display your photos in the calendar view
• We analyze photo dates locally to generate insights
• We never modify, delete, or share your photos
• You can revoke access at any time through iOS Settings

Children's Privacy

PhotoCalendar does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app simply displays photos already stored on the user's device.
