We're here to help you get the most out of PhotoCalendar
When you first open PhotoCalendar, you'll be prompted to grant photo library access. If you declined, go to Settings > PhotoCalendar > Photos and select "Full Access".
Make sure you've granted "Full Access" to your photo library. Limited access will only show selected photos. The app needs full access to display your complete photo calendar.
Open the app, go to the Premium/Upgrade screen, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase.
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, select "Subscriptions", find PhotoCalendar, and tap "Cancel Subscription".
No, absolutely not. PhotoCalendar processes everything locally on your device. Your photos never leave your phone, and we have no servers that store your data.
PhotoCalendar may use some battery when initially scanning your photo library. After the initial scan, battery usage should be minimal. If you notice excessive usage, try closing and reopening the app.
Our support team is ready to assist you with any questions or issues.
